Carlow College History Lecturers feature on History Ireland podcast

Carlow College Lecturers in History, Dr Elaine Callinan and Dr Mel Farrell, feature on the latest episode of History Ireland’s Hedge School Podcast titled “Change and Continuity, the general elections of 1922 and 1923”.

Hosted by History Ireland editor Tommy Graham, Drs Callinan and Farrell were joined by Dr Martin O’Donoghue and Prof Michael Laffan O’Donoghue to discuss what these two elections tell us about Ireland’s political landscape before and after the civil war.

Dr Elaine Callinan and Dr Mel Farrell both teach on the MA in Irish Regional History, which is still accepting applications for September 2023.
