Following this, a panel discussion was held in the College’s P.J Brophy Library with Carlow College graduate, Cllr. Adrienne Wallace (Solidarity People for Profit), Cllr. Brian O’Donoghue (Fine Gael) and Cllr. William Paton (Labor).
The broadcast concluded with an interview of Carlow College Vice President, Dr Eric Derr, who spoke about the need for respectful conversation and debate around the issue of immigration.
