Mary Osadolor graduated with a BA in Applied Social Studies (Professional Social Care) in 2024 and is currently completing add-on year to achieve the BA (Hons) in Applied Social Studies (Professional Social Care) at Carlow College.
Returning to Education
Carlow College appealed to me because, after several enquiries about the college, I realised that as a mature student who was very sceptical about taking the bold step of returning to education, this college was going to embrace all my fears and help me transition slowly but surely in a stress-free way back into education.
Confidence Building
Considering how I felt before starting my course, my degree has made me more confident and ready to return to the labour market. I am confident in applying for jobs related to my course and utilising the knowledge acquired from Carlow College and its environment.

I highly recommend studying at Carlow College. The college offers a supportive environment that enhances learning. The lecturers and staff are friendly and always willing to help, ensuring that your time at the college is as productive as possible. I refer to the college as a family because they give everyone equal attention and make you feel that you can achieve anything you set out to achieve. They allow you to work at your own pace and provide guidance if needed throughout your journey with them.
