The Careers Office provides an inclusive service dedicated to helping you make the most of your college experience. We provide a wide range of easy-to-access information, advice and opportunities to support your Carlow College journey – helping you to develop skills, improve your future career prospects and maximise your personal and professional development.

Our Careers Service is open to all our Undergraduate and Postgraduate students and to all graduates who are within two years of graduating from Carlow College.

The Careers Office provides: 

  • Recruitment: a free advertising service promoting job, career, volunteer and work experience opportunities directly to current students and recent graduates.  
     
  • Employer Presentations: facilitating CPD opportunities for teaching and learning sessions with targeted student groups including employability workshops and mock interview panels. 
  • The Careers Office at Carlow College, St. Patrick’s is a professional member of the Association of Higher Education Services.  AHECS is the voice of higher education careers and employability professionals across Ireland and provides access to a range of employer resources including graduate labour market reports.
