Carlow College is delighted to announce the opening of the Parent & Wellness Room, a dedicated space for staff and students who require privacy for breastfeeding or other health and wellness needs.

The room is located in the South Wing, adjacent to the Academic Administration Office, and can be booked easily through the online room booking process via Outlook.

This initiative was identified as a priority action under the Athena Swan Action Plan and has been successfully progressed by the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Team.

Guests visiting the College for events can also avail of the space if needed – access can be arranged through Reception.

We encourage all staff and students to make use of this supportive facility as part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive and caring campus environment.
