Dr. Teresa Mulhern guest speaker at the Tizard Centre

On Wednesday 26th of May, Dr. Teresa Mulhern was the guest speaker at the Tizard Centre at the University of Kent, where she spoke on the subject of Relational Frame Theory. RFT is Dr Teresa‘s research specialism.

Relational Frame Theory is a behavioural conceptualisation of how language and cognition develop. It considers these repertoires to be patterns of behaviour which may be learned and therefore taught. Such a theory has fundamental practical implications for the applied field as well as holding great theoretical importance.
