Connect Desk: Support & Awareness
Caroline from the Academic Resource Office Disability Service will be available at the Connect Desk to provide support and raise awareness:
📅 Thursday, March 19 | ⏰ 10 AM – 12 (noon)
This is a great opportunity to learn about Neurodivergent insights by Dr Megan Anna Neff:
- Neurodiversity core concepts and shared language
- Understanding the nervous system
- Grounding exercises and practical wellbeing strategies
- Focus supports and helpful tools such as the Forest: Stay Focused app, which encourages concentration by growing a virtual tree while you stay off your phone, helping build focused study habits in a simple, visual way.
Neurodivergent insights can benefit everyone and offer valuable perspectives on learning, communication and wellbeing.
Everyone is welcome to drop by, ask questions, and learn more at the Connect Desk in the main corridor.
