Biography

Colleen Mac Intosh-Hill is Deputy Manager of Sacre Coeur, a High Support Unit in Tipperary for children with attachment issues, run by St Bernard’s in association with the Child and Family Agency. St Bernard’s also offers a therapeutic foster support service. Colleen obtained her primary degree in Social Services from Vancouver Island University, Nanaimo, Canada. She gained her Masters in Therapeutic Child Care at Carlow College in 2006. Colleen has also completed accreditation as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention trainer for St. Bernard’s and has facilitated training for staff members and other residential organisations.
