Carlow College, St. Patrick’s warmly welcomed alumni from Ireland, the UK and the United States back to campus for its annual reunion on Thursday, 23rd July 2026, bringing together former students for a day of reflection, friendship, and celebration.
The reunion commenced with Mass, which was celebrated by Bishop Lawrence Duffy, Bishop of Clogher who celebrates his Golden Jubilee this year, in the College Chapel, providing alumni an opportunity to reconnect with the spiritual heritage that has been such as important part of their journey.Â
Among those in attendance was Bishop Denis Nulty, Bishop of Kildare and Leighlin and Chair of the College’s Governing Body and Property Trustees, who joined alumni and staff for the gathering. College President, Fr Conn O’Maoldhomhnaigh welcomed alumni and provided an update on recent developments at the College.
Following the Mass, guests enjoyed a celebratory lunch where they were welcomed by College President, Fr Conn Ó Maoldhomhnaigh. The gathering offered an opportunity for former classmates to renew acquaintances, share experiences, and reflect on their connections to the College community.
