Carlow College celebrated its annual clergy alumni reunion on 20 and 21 July 2023. Alumni returned from all corners of Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and were welcomed to the reunion by Msgr John McEvoy, College Vice-President.
To mark the occasion, Mass was celebrated in the College Chapel by Bishop Niall Coll, Bishop of Ossory and College staff member (1995-1998).
In attendance for the celebrations was Bishop Paul Dempsey, Bishop of Achonry who was ordained from the College in June 1997 and Bishop Denis Nulty, Bishop of Kildare and Leighlin, Chair of the College’s Governing Body and Chair of the Property Trustees.
To complete the celebrations, alumni enjoyed a banquet of food prepared by Julie Lyons, Catering Manager and her team.
