Fr Conn Ó Maoldhomhnaigh, College President was delighted to welcome President Luther F Carter from Francis Marion University, South Carolina.

President Carter visited with his wife Folly, Dr J. Mark Blackwell, Director of International Programmes and his wife Lisa.

During their visit to the College and Carlow Town they also met with their students Joshua Woods and Curtis McLaurin who are studying on the Carlow College Study Abroad Programme.
