DESCRIPTION:Carlow College, St. Patrick’s Class of 2023 graduands are invited to attend their Conferring Ceremony on Friday, 24th November 2023.\nLocation: Cathedral of the Assumption (conferring ceremony) followed by refreshments in Carlovian Dining Hall (Carlow College).\nTickets\n\n\nGraduands are permitted to bring two guests to the ceremony\n\n\nPlease complete the booking form to register your attendance at the ceremony\n\n\nPlease select the number of guest tickets required on the booking form\n\n\nTickets can be collected from the College reception on the day of the Conferring Ceremony\n\n\n																										\nGowning\nAll graduands must pre-book robes with the official robe-makers, Phelan Conan Limited before midnight Tuesday, 21st November 2023. Robes may be pre-booked on line at www.phelanconan.com. The pre-paid hire fee is €35.\nDue to the implementation of a personal 3D secure password during the credit card payment process on https://www.phelanconan.com Phelan Conan Ltd staff are no longer able to take bookings over the phone. This has been created to protect your online payments and if you do not already have a 3D secure password, you can activate it by following the simple instructions during the booking process. If you experience any further problems with 3D secure process, please contact your bank.\nYou are requested to be in the College from 12p.m. – 1.00 p.m. on 24th November. Gowns will be available for collection from Iris Murdoch Hall and garbing will take place in Barry Hall.\nTo help facilitate the ceremony, the doors of Iris Murdoch Hall and Barry Hall will close at 1.15 p.m. To enable the distribution of gowns, please note that graduates ONLY are allowed into the garbing centre.\nAll gowns must be returned to Phelan Conan in the College (Barry Hall) after the conclusion of the ceremony.\nPhotographs\nKarl McDonough, photographer will be available to take photographs from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. before the ceremony and from 4 p.m. after the ceremony in Moriarty Hall, in the College.\nPersonal Data\nThe personal data of event participants is managed as described in Carlow College, St Patrick’s Events Privacy Notice.\n
