The Academic Resource Officer, Lisa Fortune is a member of academic staff with overall responsibility for the management, coordination and delivery of academic learning supports and disability services provided to the student body. The services provided by the Academic Resource Office are open to all registered Carlow College, St. Patrick's students and include the mandatory Stage 1 Academic Skills module, our Essay Doctor service and Learning Development classes and workshops. We also provide a variety of in-house and ESF-Funded academic, assistive technology and personal supports for students with a disability, learning difference or who have additional requirements.
