To celebrate International Women's Day Carlow College, St. Patrick's in partnership with Carlow County Development Partnership, Carlow County Women’s Network and Visual, are hosting a Women’s Day event on March 8th.

International Women's Day (IWD) on March 8th is an important opportunity to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women as visibility and awareness help drive positive action for gender equality.  Carlow College in partnership with Carlow County Development Partnership CLG (SICAP), Carlow County Women’s Network and Visual, are hosting a Women’s Day event in the College.  This event will showcase the achievements of women in Carlow and highlight some of the key issues in advancing gender equality locally, nationally and internationally.  

Carlow College, St. Patrick's in conjunction with Recovery College South East will run a series of workshop in the College for every Monday until 20 March.
