College Awareness Week @ Carlow College, St. Patrick's

College Awareness Week aims to celebrate the benefits of going to College, to support students to become 'College ready' and to showcase local role models. 


During College Awareness Week there are various events happening both in the College and other venues around the region:

 

  • 20-26 November, 9am-1pm: Carlow College students will facilitate the Foróige Leadership for Life programme for TY students from St. Leo's College, this event will take place in the VISUAL Arts Centre located on the College's campus. 
  • 20 November, 10am-12pm: Taster-lectures in English, History, Philosophy, & Psychology will take place in the College for TY Students from Grennan College, Kilkenny. 
  • 21 November, 9am-1pm: Carlow College, St. Patrick's will attend the Carlow Careers & Courses Exhibitions in the Woodfood Dolmen Hotel, Carlow.
  • 22 November, 10am-1pm: Carlow College, St. Patrick's will attend the Better Options College Fair for students with disabilities and specific learning difficulties which will take place in, DCU St. Patrick's Campus, Dublin.
  • 23 November, 9am-1pm: Carlow College, St. Patrick's will attend the CMETB Careers Event in the Slieve Russell Hotel, Cavan
  • 23 November, 9am-1pm: Carlow College, St. Patrick's will attend the Careers Evening in Athy Community College, Kildare.
